I live in Hong Kong, and in early 2021 I was looking to buy an apartment in NYC; one of my closest friends recommended Sean. Covid-19 travel restrictions made it nearly impossible for me to travel from Hong Kong to NYC to view any apartments. Sean was my eyes and ears; he personally went to view every apartment that I was interested in, from Brooklyn to Manhattan. Sean also kept detailed spreadsheets with details of all listings, making it easy to rank and decide which listing to make an offer on. I cannot recommend Sean enough! I found him through a public listing, and although it did not work out with that specific unit, Sean extended his services and offered to help me find another apartment in an area I was looking to move to. Sean was very patient with me throughout the entire process (I was very nervous and had a lot of questions). Sean always made himself available for viewings and followed up with me quickly via text, email, or a phone call. He never pushed me towards making any decisions; I liked that Sean allowed me to work at my own pace. I will consider him again in the future should I decide to move!

Sean is very responsive when being contacted, whether for viewing, signing, or anywhere in between. Sean's also very patient and chill. When I was checking out the apartment, I spent a lot of time taking pictures from different angles and measuring, and he never appeared rushed or pushy.
